Position: Virtual Assistant to the CEO
Location: (Remote)
Reports to: Kyle Ewing, CEO of TerraSlate
Work Hours: Full Time, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST (Mountain Standard Time) with a 1-hour lunch break
Work Days: Monday to Friday
Salary: $1,000 USD per month

About Us:
TerraSlate is a dynamic and innovative company dedicated to providing top-tier services and products to our clients. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Virtual Assistant to join our team and support our CEO, Kyle Ewing, in driving our sales and customer relations to new heights.
Role and Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Use the CEO’s LinkedIn profile to message and follow up with potential and existing customers.
Sales Support: Assist in sales-oriented activities, including managing communications and responding to inquiries via LinkedIn and email.
Customer Communication: Speak with customers over the phone to provide excellent customer service and support.
Platform Management: Experience with Shopify is a big plus. The ability to learn new platforms quickly is essential.
Attention to Detail: Act on behalf of the CEO, ensuring all communications are professional, accurate, and timely.
Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties as required by the CEO.
Requirements:
Fluent English: Must speak and write fluent English to communicate effectively with customers.
Sales Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing and sales-oriented role is preferred.
Tech-Savvy: Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new platforms and tools.
Shopify Experience: Familiarity with Shopify is highly desirable.
Attention to Detail: Must be meticulous and detail-oriented.
Professional Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
