THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are on the hunt for a highly organized, proactive, and versatile Training Coordinator/Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and efficiency of our client’s operations while enjoying the flexibility of a fully remote/contract position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Training Coordinator/Virtual Assistant, you will:
1. Coordinate Training Sessions:
-Schedule, organize, and facilitate virtual training sessions.
-Ensure all training materials are up-to-date, accessible, and well-prepared.
2. Administrative Support:
-Manage calendars, appointments, and emails for executives.
-Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents.
3. Communication & Collaboration:
-Act as a liaison between departments to ensure smooth communication.
-Collaborate with team members to optimize training processes and materials.
4. Data Management:
-Maintain and update training records and databases.
-Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling data.
5. Continuous Improvement:
-Gather feedback to enhance training effectiveness and user experience.
-Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (Training Coordination, Administrative Assistance, etc.)
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
Skills:
-Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
-Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

TECHNOLOGY REQUIREMENTS:
-Proficient with online training platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, GoToWebinar).
-Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as TalentLMS, Moodle, or similar (preferred but not required)
-Skilled in using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, ).
-Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
-Reliable high-speed internet connection with a minimum speed of 30mbps.
-A personal computer with i3 8th gen (or equivalent) and a webcam for video conferencing.
-A noise-cancelling headset
-Proficiency in using cloud-based file-sharing services (e.g., Dropbox, Google Drive).

WORK ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS:
-A quiet, private, and distraction-free workspace.
-Ergonomic furniture and adequate lighting to ensure a comfortable working environment.
-Availability to work during set hours that overlap with the company’s core hours, regardless of time zone.
