Responsibilities:

1. **Inbound Chat Support:**
– Handle customer service and technical support inquiries via inbound chat.
– Respond promptly to customer queries, providing accurate information and assistance.

2. **Phone/Video Inbound Support:**
– Occasionally handle phone and video support chats, addressing customer inquiries effectively.

3. **Technical Troubleshooting:**
– Research, analyze, and determine appropriate solutions for TurboTax software-related questions.
– Assist customers with software navigation and locate prior years’ returns and amendments.

4. **Customer Interaction:**
– Interact with customers in a caring and empathetic manner, serving as an ambassador for the Intuit brand.
– Escalate issues to a higher level of expertise when necessary, ensuring customer satisfaction.

5. **Documentation:**
– Document all customer issues, resolutions, and follow-up actions accurately.
– Provide detailed and clear information for reference and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

– Previous experience in customer service and technical support, preferably in a chat-based environment.
– Familiarity with tax software, particularly TurboTax.
– Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Ability to navigate and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
