– Listing Management: Regularly update Turo listings, handle alteration requests, and implement updates related to pricing, availability, and promotional details.
– Team Coordination: Coordinate with on-the-ground teams for turnaround services and schedule maintenance, ensuring every car is guest-ready.
– Maintenance Scheduling: Organize shop visits for necessary repairs and maintenance, minimizing downtime and maintaining the highest standards of vehicle performance and safety.
– Financial Administration: Manage bookkeeping and expense tracking with a keen eye for detail, contributing to the financial health of Swyft.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
– Proven experience in customer service, administrative assistance, or related fields.
