We are an innovative and quickly growing tech startup company based in the United States. We offer customers fast and easy upgrades to their home appliances. We are hiring for a role that replies to inbound prospective customers.
The core responsibilities are to engage and convert leads, update the CRM, and to be the primary point of contact for the customer. Please note: This is NOT an SDR/BDR role that generates leads. This role is to engage with and convert existing inbound.
*Must have:
– Native level of English communication skills (business etiquette)
– 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or operations (B2C or B2B)
– Attention to detail, organization, and prioritization skills
– Proficiency using software tools including Slack, Google Apps, and more.
– Strong communication, customer rapport building, and closing skills
– Fast internet connection and computer
– Headset with a noise-canceling microphone
– Ability to learn quickly – a motivated self-starter eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
*Nice to have:
– Experience in the home services industry.
– Leadership and management experience.
*Compensation:
– The hourly rate is $5 USD / hour
– In addition to the hourly wages, we pay bonuses based on monthly sales. Typically bonus payments are $150-400/month, however we have had bonuses of over $1,000 based on extraordinary sales. There is no upper limit to the bonus.
– All-in, we expect this role to earn roughly $12,000-15,000 USD per year in base salary + bonuses
– This is a full-time role of 40 hours / week

– Availability: The position is full-time, based on a 40-hour work week. Shifts are available starting at either 8AM or 11AM Pacific Time Zone. We ask that people work at least 5 shifts per week to reach a standard 40 hour work week. Expected shifts are 4 weekday shifts and 1 weekend shift per week.
– Location: This is a remote position.
