Job Description:
As a Virtual Assistant for our Hair Salon and Brand, your diverse responsibilities will encompass various aspects of customer engagement, product management, marketing, and sales support. Your key duties will include:

1. Social Media Engagement:

– Responding promptly and professionally to comments and messages on Facebook and Instagram.
– Engaging with followers, fostering a positive online community, and addressing inquiries effectively.

2. Website Management:

– Updating our website with the latest product information, promotions, and testimonials.
– Ensuring that the website is user-friendly and up to date.

3. Email Management:

– Managing and organizing our email inbox, responding to inquiries, and forwarding relevant emails to the appropriate team members.
– Handling customer service inquiries and providing detailed and helpful responses.

4. Online Orders and Inventory:

– Managing online orders, including processing, tracking, and ensuring timely delivery.
– Coordinating with the logistics team to manage inventory levels.

5. Product Research:

– Conducting market research to identify product trends, customer preferences, and competitors.
– Recommending potential product improvements or additions based on research findings.

6. Customer Education:

– Clarifying customer questions about our keratin products and hair treatment procedures.
– Providing detailed information and guidance to help customers make informed decisions.

7. Lead Generation:

– Proactively seeking out and generating new leads through various online channels.
– Identifying potential business opportunities and partnerships.

8. Influencer Collaboration:

– Building and maintaining relationships with influencers in the beauty and haircare industry.
– Collaborating with influencers to promote our keratin products and services.

9. Sales Follow-Up (Over the Phone):

– Conducting follow-up calls with potential and existing customers to nurture leads and drive sales.
– Providing product information, addressing queries, and offering personalized recommendations.
– We will provide training about our products and brand to ensure you are well-equipped for these calls.

Qualifications:
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Proficiency in using Facebook, Instagram, and website management tools.
– Organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
– Basic knowledge of keratin hair treatments (preferred but not required).
– Experience with e-commerce platforms and order processing systems (e.g., Shopify) is a plus.
– Previous experience in influencer marketing or sales support is a plus.
