Job Description:
We are looking for a versatile Virtual Assistant (VA) for a certified women & disabled-veteran owned kids brand. This is a textile company that sells things like kid ponchos, towels, blankets and tapestries. This should be a highly motivated, independent working, creative individual with experience and passion for connecting with current and future customers. If you are creative, driven and nimble, chances are you are perfect for the position! This position is responsible for creating a deliberate and intentional social media strategy and that delivers results through organic and paid advertising. The strategy will build and grow brand awareness and create a positive online reputation. The social media funnel will cultivate leads that will convert to sales.
Priority given to a well rounded candidate that is strong in graphic design, social media ads, reel creation and amazon listings.
Pay: 40 hours a week, full time
Experience:
– Great research skills
– Graphic design/Canva experience
– Can write emails well
– Can do data entry
– Creation of reels that convert
– Communicate to influencers on social media
– Form partnerships for our business
– 1 year Social Media Management (Preferred)
– 1 year Marketing (Preferred)
– 5+ years of personal social media experience (as in using social media personally)
– Experience with simple creative tools (apps, software platforms, etc)
– An eye/love for design and trends
– Bonus: Amazon and Facebook ads

Job Functions:
• Growth and Data Entry
– Write emails to get new business
– Data entry for grants and other form input

• Administrative/Organizational
– Provide strategies to build and nurture a community on an accelerated timeline
– Create a regular publishing schedule and promote content through social advertising
– Leverage the right tools to manage your content.
– Implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific and timely marketing campaigns based on an event launch date.
– Integrate all channels of marketing (social media, SEO, content marketing, email, print and digital marketing)
• Ads
– Run social media ads
• Content Management:
– Organization and file management of the Birdy Boutique brand dropbox
– Making sure all content from photoshoot’s end up in respective storage for later usage
– Delivering necessary content to relevant stakeholders
• Content Creation: Create relevant, original, high-quality content (for all channels/ads)
• Social Media:
– Posting fresh content:
– Facebook (weekly update)
– Instagram (2x/week)
– IG Stories (update 1x/day, dual posted to FB)
– Pinterest pins
– Posting promotional content on the above verticals as needed (ex: reposting UGC and responding to DMs in a timely manner)
• Manage FB Product Catalog & IG Shop:
– Update Product List
– Ensure links are in working order
• Outreach
– Reach out to targeted accounts to trade products for posts
– Engage with posts and tags
