Virtual Assistant – VA

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to manage our admin and day to day tasks for us!

It’s an expending role but currently we are looking for someone to do the following:

Scheduling Short Form Content

• We have short form videos already edited and we need someone to add captions to our short form content.
• Ensure spelling is correct and spaced out in an engaging way.
• We will provide access to a captions app to support this.
• Videos range from 1 min to 3 mins long.
• Create a thumbnail for the video – typically a screen grab of a frame in the video and add some text using Canva.
• We will give access to our Canva Pro Account
• Upload the video to our social accounts – FB, TT, and YT Shorts
• Schedule the video for publishing

Researching collaboration opportunities for us

• We work with hotels, car hire companies, tourisim boards on creating content for them
• We would like you to research companies which we can work with – these include hotels, car hire companies, tourism boards etc
• Find the right contact person who we can send our proposal to
• We will guide you on how to do this as we have a very simple formula
• We will take that information and contact the hotel

Looking for editing work for us
• We are looking for new editing opportunities to work on
• We would also like you to search Job Platforms for Editing opportunities for us – such as YouTube video editing, short from content editing.
• We will provide the places where you can search job opportunities
• Once you have identified any suitiable ones that pay the range we are looking for, contact them using the template we provide from our email address
• We will provide the template and access to the email address we use

We would expect you to spend the following amount of time in each area:

Scheduling Short Form Content – 4 hours
Researching collaboration opportunities for us – 2 hours
Looking for editing work for us – 2 hours
Total hours a week: 8 or 32 hours total a month

The rate pays $2 / hour which equals $98 dollars a month.
