I’m looking for a Virtual Assistant to help with my blogs in the gardening, food, and lifestyle niches.
Duties would include:
* Preparing blog posts for publication: finding relevant images, formatting images, adding images and alt text, adding links, creating recipe cards, etc.
* Creating pin image: using Canva with templates to create pin images for blog posts
* Managing newsletters: finding links, inserting them and scheduling newsletters
* Handling social media tasks: flipping content in Flipboard, scheduling pins, live pinning, scheduling Facebook posts, etc.
* plus other tasks related to the blogs and social media as they come up
No experience is needed. Paid training will be provided. Experience with WordPress and Canva is a plus, but not a requirement. Also, general knowledge of plants/flowers and cooking/baking is extremely helpful.
Position Details:
* 40 hours per week
* Pay: $425 USD per month (paid on the 17th and 2nd of each month)
* You must work 5 days per week, Mon to Fri, but you can work any hours during those days
* You must have and use a laptop or desktop computer. This cannot be done on a mobile device or tablet.
* A daily report must be sent to me briefly describing what you completed during your shift.
Requirements:
* Stable internet connection
* Attention to detail and able to work efficiently
* Self motivated
* Quick learner
* Can read and write in English very well
* Payment is via Paypal, so you need to have an operational Paypal account
* Use of TeamLogger (similar to TimeProof) is required
