Virtual Assistant (VA)

Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a diverse skill set, a can-do attitude, and the ability to multitask across various domains, from communication and content creation to basic research and recruitment support.

Key Responsibilities:

– Communication Management:
– Monitor, sort, and respond to emails, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
– Manage and respond to messages on Telegram, Slack, and other communication platforms.
– Schedule and possibly facilitate weekly client check-ins and other necessary calls.

Design & Creative:
– Assist in creating graphics for various clients, primarily for our Options Trading client (experience with graphic design tools is a plus).

Recruitment Support:
– Post job ads on specified platforms and perform the initial screening of CVs.
– Assist in organizing interviews and maintain communication with potential hires.

Research & Analysis:
– Conduct preliminary research on potential crypto trades and projects, providing summarized insights.

Content Creation & Management:
– Transcribe, highlight, and distill content from educational videos.
– Organize and maintain content archives for easy retrieval and reference.

Requirements:

– Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
– Familiarity with graphic design tools, preferably Canva and Figma
– Basic understanding of cryptocurrency and trading is a plus.
– Ability to work within APAC and US timezones and maintain regular communication.
– Must adhere to confidentiality and nondisclosure agreements.

Terms of Agreement:

– This role will be scoped based on fixed projects/tasks and/or hourly rate. Detailed agreements will be established before the commencement of any significant task.
– A test project will be assigned to shortlisted candidates to evaluate skills and suitability.
– We have a quick cancellation notice, ensuring flexibility for both parties.
