Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Virtual Assistant (VA) with extensive experience in Shopify and e-commerce businesses. This role is crucial to our daily operations and requires someone who is a problem solver, a self-starter, and can work effectively with our team. The ideal candidate will help create daily and weekly reports on the business, support various marketing initiatives, and identify areas for improvement.

Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize our Shopify store, ensuring all products are accurately listed and up-to-date.
Create and analyze daily and weekly business performance reports.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support and execute different marketing initiatives.
Assist in managing inventory, tracking sales trends, and forecasting demand.
Provide exceptional customer service by handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Assist with content creation for social media, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
Support the team in various administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:

Extensive experience with Shopify and e-commerce businesses is a MUST.
Proven track record in managing and optimizing online stores.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to create and interpret business reports.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a remote team.
Proficient in using various digital tools and platforms for e-commerce, marketing, and project management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A passion for sustainability and an understanding of Bamboo Ave’s mission and values.
