We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manage the inbox and communication of a high-profile YouTuber and business owner. The ideal candidate will have excellent judgment, systematic organization, and strong decision-making skills, reducing the client’s time spent on emails and social media messages. You will need to be available to work remotely from 8AM to 5PM Central USA Time Zone Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inbox Management:
– Prioritize, sort, and organize incoming emails, ensuring immediate attention to critical messages.
– Draft, send, and reply to emails on behalf of the YouTuber/business owner as directed.
– Delete or archive non-essential emails.

2. Social Media Communication:
– Monitor, sort, and respond to messages across various social media platforms including YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.
– Flag important messages, comments, or mentions for direct attention.
– Remove or report inappropriate or spam messages/comments.

3. Decision Making & Judgement:
– Make informed decisions on which messages require immediate attention, which can be delegated, and which can be archived or deleted.
– Determine which messages the YouTuber/business owner should personally address.

4. Calendar & Scheduling:
– Manage the YouTuber/business owner’s calendar, scheduling meetings, interviews, and appearances as needed.
– Reschedule or cancel appointments when necessary.
– Send reminders for important dates or events.

5. Information Organization:
– Create and maintain an organized system for storing important emails, messages, and documents.
– Regularly update and maintain a database of contacts, collaborators, and partners.

6. Administrative Duties:
– Assist with booking travel, accommodation, and transportation when required.
– Conduct research or gather information as directed.

7. Regular Reporting:
– Provide a daily or weekly summary of important messages, tasks, and updates.

8. Continuous Improvement:
– Regularly evaluate and adjust strategies for better efficiency and effectiveness in communication management.

Required Skills & Experience:

– Fluent in American style English
– Exceptional written communication skills.
– Proficient in using email platforms, social media platforms, and related tools.
– Strong decision-making and judgment skills.
– Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information discreetly.
– Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
– Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
– Familiarity with content creation and the digital entertainment industry is a plus.
