Virtual Assistant (VA) for Lead Sourcing

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with experience in lead sourcing for the Medspa and Mental Health industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to conduct thorough research, identify potential leads, and compile accurate and relevant data to support our outreach efforts in these sectors. You will need to source 100-150 quality leads per day onto a spreadsheet for the outreach team to utilize.
Responsibilities:
Gather contact information (including emails, phone numbers, and relevant details) of key decision-makers, professionals, and organizations within the specified sectors.
Verify and ensure the accuracy of lead information sourced through various online platforms, databases, and industry-specific resources.
Organize and maintain a comprehensive database or spreadsheet of leads, ensuring data integrity and relevancy.
Collaborate with the team to understand lead criteria and adjust sourcing strategies accordingly.
Provide regular reports on lead sourcing progress, including the number of leads sourced, their quality, and any notable findings.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role, specifically in lead sourcing within the Medspa and/or Mental Health industries.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data gathering and verification processes.
Proficiency in utilizing tools and software for lead generation and database management.
Understanding of lead criteria and the ability to target specific demographics or professionals within the Medspa and Mental Health sectors.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently while adhering to deadlines and goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience or knowledge in the Medspa and/or Mental Health industries.
Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage multiple lead-sourcing projects simultaneously.
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to evolving industry trends.
