Job Description:
As a Virtual Assistant with us, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our online presence, ensuring excellent customer service, and executing effective marketing campaigns. Your responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Develop, schedule, and manage posts across various social media platforms.
Engage with our audience by responding to comments and messages promptly.
Track and analyze social media performance metrics and prepare reports.
Email and Customer Service Management:
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through email and other communication channels.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information.
Canva Design Work:
Create visually appealing graphics and content for social media, email campaigns, and other marketing materials using Canva.
Small Project Management:
Assist in the planning and execution of small projects.
Coordinate tasks and communicate with team members to ensure project milestones are met.
Email Creation and Management:
Design and write engaging email newsletters and marketing campaigns.
Manage email lists and ensure compliance with email marketing best practices.
Email Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and monitor email marketing campaigns.
Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements to increase engagement and conversions.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
Strong proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Canva or other graphic design tools.
Experience in email marketing and customer service.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

About Me:
I own 2 different companies, HangPad, and Chad Gum and am always launching new products. I live in San Diego, CA and have two pets, a cat named Dee and a dog named Dobby. HangPad is an outdoor company that makes inflatable hammocks and accessories, and Chad Gum makes hard chewing gum for jawline workouts. I mainly sell on Amazon and Shopify stores.
