Job Description:
Are you a Virtual Assistant who loves writing? I am looking to hire a VA to assist in writing upwork job proposals for my video editing agency.
I have found that the best proposals (ones that land clients) are highly personalized and customized to each job. This will start out as part time work, and, if it is a good fit, will also lead to more work such as conducting the review round on videos, and eventually an account manager position.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Personalized Job Proposals:
*Write unique, detailed, and persuasive job proposals for Upwork that showcase why our agency is the best choice for potential clients.
*Ensure each proposal is customized to the specific job and client, avoiding generic templates.
*Highlight our strengths and capabilities in a way that resonates with the client’s needs and expectations.
*Incorporate subtle yet effective techniques to stand out from the competition.

2. Video Review:
*Watch and review video content meticulously.
*Identify and notify editors of errors such as misspelled words, missing frames, or any elements that look off.
*Ensure all videos adhere to our brand guidelines and maintain a high level of quality.

Ideal Candidate:
*Exceptional written English skills, indistinguishable from a native English speaker.
*Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering quality work.
*Creative and persuasive writing style with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
*Previous experience in writing job proposals or similar content is a plus.
*Ability to follow brand guidelines and ensure consistency in all communications.
*Reliable and able to meet deadlines.
