We are located in Sydney Australia and require a Virtual Assistant who is proficient in video and audio editing, lead generation & sales, social media marketing & business administration for a versatile role of supporting the founders of our Leadership Development & Corporate Wellbeing Firm. You will be required to work casually or part time for 10 hours per week with more potential hours to 15 or 20 depending on the growth of the business. You will be editing audios, videos, uploading social media, creating content, putting content together in workbooks, organising lead generation strategies, following administrative tasks and instruction from the founders and supporting the day to day operations of the business and growth.

The Role:

Join our team as a multi-talented Virtual Assistant, working closely with our Lead Coaches, Lisa and Sophie. Your role will be crucial in managing a variety of tasks, including:

Administrative Support: Handle daily administrative duties to ensure efficient operations.

Sales & Digital Marketing Assistance: Play a key role in initiating sales and implementing digital marketing strategies.

Content Creation & Management: Craft engaging content for our programs and retreats, and edit videos and podcasts, using tools like Canva.

Online Presence Oversight: Keep our website updated, manage our social media channels (YouTube, Pinterest, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram), and uphold our brand’s consistency.

Communication Management: Act as the primary contact for customer service, particularly through a dedicated WhatsApp group, and help grow our community network.

Video & Podcast Editing for all social media.

Working Arrangement:

The role initially offers a casual work schedule, involving 2 hours per day for three days a week, with potential to increase to 10-15 hours per week as the business evolves. Flexibility and a readiness to handle a wide array of tasks are key, and you should have your own video and audio editing software to fulfill the role’s requirements.

Payment for this role will be made through an invoicing system. Specifics regarding payment terms and details will be provided and discussed during the interview process.
