Job Title: Virtual Assistant for Social Media Creator Accounts

Job Description:
We are seeking a Virtual Assistant to support our social media creator accounts by managing messages and engaging with fans. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for communicating with creator fans, fostering positive interactions, and ensuring timely responses to inquiries. This role requires excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English.

Responsibilities:
1. Engage with creator fans through direct messages.
2. Respond promptly and courteously to fan inquiries and comments.
3. Maintain a friendly and professional tone while conversing with fans.
4. Foster meaningful connections and interactions with fans to enhance their experience.
5. Collaborate with the creator team to address fan concerns and provide support as needed.

Requirements:
1. Proficiency in spoken and written English.
2. Strong communication skills and ability to convey messages clearly and effectively.
3. Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and Facebook.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
6. Experience in customer service or community management is a plus.

WAGE:
The desired hours per week are 42 (6 hour shifts/daily). The pay is $3/hour + 1% COMMISSION on top of sales in the chatting. Raises are included per month on the commission. More hours are available then the postings “desired”.
