Company Overview: Our eCommerce company is growing quickly and we are looking to hire an Virtual assistant to help with our growth. Our business is focused on Amazon’s FBA program where we buy products at wholesale from brands and distributors and resell them on Amazon for a profit.
Job Description:
As a Virtual Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:
Sending a minimum of 30 Personalized outreach emails per day to potential suppliers.
Managing and responding to all incoming emails in a timely and professional manner.
Conducting research to identify new suppliers and brands to reach out to and work with.

Maintaining organized records of all communications and research findings.
Reviewing Product Catalogs (Potentially)
Skills and Qualifications That we are looking for:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
Experience with email management and online research.
Proficiency in English language.
Familiarity with the Amazon/E-Commerce industry is a plus.
Training will be provided for the Majority of tasks! We will also provide SOPs and training
videos for you to use
Experience with the following software programs is not required but is highly desired:
Keepa
Seller AMP
Google Sheets
Work Hours: This can be a full-time or part-time position depending on a couple of factors. We prefer candidates who can work during early EST hours, but we are open to discussing a schedule that works for both parties.
Compensation: We offer a competitive salary that will come with raises overtime along with incentives and bonuses based on performance. Additional benefits will be discussed during the interview process.
