Job Description

We are a dynamic digital marketing agency dedicated to delivering top-notch digital marketing solutions for our clients. We are looking for a Facebook Ads Specialist to join our team and help elevate our advertising strategies to the next level.

Job Description: Manage and optimize Facebook ad campaigns for healthcare clients, focusing on improving performance and client acquisition. Strong SMM skills are essential for effective collaboration and strategy integration. Additionally, the ability to set up Facebook and Facebook portfolios for clients and future clients is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:
-Develop, implement, and manage Facebook ad campaigns to meet clients’ objectives.
-Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
-Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ad rejections, Meta Business account restrictions, and other Meta advertising challenges.
-Set up Facebook and Facebook Business portfolios for clients and future clients.
-Collaborate with the team to create compelling ad copy and visuals.
-Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in Facebook advertising.

Requirements:
-At least 6 months of experience in Facebook ads management.
-At least 6 months of experience as a virtual assistant.
-Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
-Proven ability to perform virtual assistant tasks efficiently.
-Familiarity with Instagram and general social media management.

Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience dealing with ad rejections and Meta Business account restrictions.
-Proficiency in online project management software, especially ClickUp.
-Passion for researching and learning new strategies to create effective Facebook ads.
-Background in social media management or digital marketing.
-Experience with wordpress

Pay: 4-6$/hour, but TBD; this will depend on your skill level and other applicants.
