I am looking for a talented Virtual Assistant for a full-time position. You will be responsible for a range of tasks, almost all of which I will create tutorials for you.
Requirements:
-Strong written and verbal English communication skills are a must.
-Experience in social media management.
-Experience in creating brand guidelines, simple logo and icons, and website design is REQUIRED.
-Experience in using Canva is essential.
Huge Plus (advantage):
-Experience in performing virtual assistant tasks (none of which are overly challenging) is a plus
-Familiarity with GoHighLevel is a huge PLUS
-Experience in video editing is a plus
-Familiarity with ClickUp is a significant advantage
Pay: 3-5$/hour, but TBD, this will depend on your level of skill and other people that apply to the job.
Your Responsibilities:
-Creating photos for social media.
-Crafting cohesive brand identities and guidelines.
-Creating visually appealing website layouts and user interfaces.
-Organizing and managing files, assets, and folders using tools like Google Drive and Canva.
-Collaborating with team members to schedule and publish content across various social media platforms.
-Conducting business research to inform design decisions, such as sourcing inspiration or gathering industry insights.
Note: We will use ClickUp, a productivity management tool, to communicate, set tasks, and create tutorials for you. This will simplify our lives, making the process easier and allowing you to work better and more comfortably 🙂
Also, our team can teach you how to do certain tasks if you don’t already know how. For instance, we can teach you how to do research if you’re not familiar with the process.
