I am looking for a full-time Virtual Assistant. You will be performing a variety of tasks, almost all of which I will provide detailed tutorials for.
Requirements:
-Strong written and verbal English communication skills are a must.
-Experience in social media management.
-Experience in performing virtual assistant tasks (none of which are overly challenging).
-Experience in using Canva is essential.
-Familiarity with the Instagram and TikTok apps is required.
Huge Plus: (Advantage)
-Experience with online project management software
-Familiarity with ClickUp is a significant advantage
-Knowledge of video editing, especially user-friendly software like CapCut
-Previous work in the healthcare industry is also a PLUS (but not required)
Pay: 3-5$/hour but TBD, this will depend on your level of skill and other people that apply to the job.
You will be responsible for all tasks, and I will provide tutorials for each one:
-Managing social media by replying to comments and engaging with followers.
-Editing raw footage into short vertical clips for TikTok and Instagram.
-Creating photos for social media.
-Scheduling the posting of all content created.
-I will use ClickUp, a productivity management tool, to communicate, set tasks, and create tutorials for you. This will simplify our lives, making the process easier and allowing you to work better and more comfortably.
-Organizing files, footage, folders, etc. on Google Drive and Canva.
-To conduct research, you can utilize social media apps or other methods. For example, finding videos for my clients to recreate (I will provide tutorials for all of this).
I can teach you how to do certain tasks if you don’t already know how. For instance, I can teach you how to edit videos if you’re not familiar with the process.
