Job Description

I am looking for a talented Virtual Assistant for a full-time position. You will be performing a variety of video editing tasks, almost all of which I will provide detailed tutorials for.

Requirements:
-Strong written and verbal English communication skills are a must.
-1 or 2 years of experience in video editing.
-Proficient in CapCut and Canva; knowledge of Adobe software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) is a plus but not required.
-Experience in performing virtual assistant tasks (none of which are overly challenging).
-Familiarity with the Instagram and TikTok apps is required.

Huge Plus:
-Experience in performing virtual assistant tasks (none of which are overly challenging) is a plus
-Familiarity with ClickUp is a significant advantage
-Experience or passion for researching content online to create content strategies and help improve clients’ content.
-Experience in social media management or digital marketing in general.
-Previous work in video editing podcasts is also a PLUS (but not required).

Pay: 3-5$/hour, but TBD; this will depend on your skill level and other applicants.

You will be responsible for all tasks, and I will provide tutorials for each one:
-Editing raw footage into short vertical clips for TikTok and Instagram (we will have tutorials and examples of exactly what we want).
-Sourcing stock footage or generating AI images/clips as needed.
-Conducting research using social media apps or other methods. For example, finding videos for my clients to recreate or figuring out what content they should create (I will provide tutorials for all of this).
-Using ClickUp, a productivity management tool, to communicate, set tasks, and create tutorials for you. This will simplify our lives, making the process easier and allowing you to work better and more comfortably.
-Collaborating with team members to schedule and publish content across various social media platforms.

Also, our team can teach you how to do certain tasks if you don’t already know how. For instance, we can teach you how to do research if you’re not familiar with the process.
