We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team as a Virtual Assistant who can do Web Design and also a Sales Specialist. This role encompasses web design responsibilities alongside sales duties, including cold calling and client communication. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional English-speaking skills, proficiency in web design tools such as Figma and Webflow, and hands-on experience with GoHighLevel platform.
Responsibilities:
Web Design:
Design and develop visually appealing, user-friendly websites that align with client needs and brand identity.
Utilize tools such as Figma and Webflow to create wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
Optimize websites for speed, usability, and search engine visibility, following best practices in web design and development.
Sales:
Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients to generate leads and pitch our services.
Build and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
Identify client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
GoHighLevel Experience:
Utilize the GoHighLevel platform to automate marketing and sales processes, including lead generation, client communication, and campaign management.
Customize platform features and workflows to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Client Interaction:
Communicate with clients to understand their business objectives and provide guidance on website design and digital marketing strategies.
Provide support and assistance to clients in navigating the GoHighLevel platform and implementing automation solutions.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain detailed documentation of website designs, client interactions, and sales activities.
Generate reports on website performance, sales metrics, and campaign results to inform decision-making and strategy development.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in web design and development, with proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms.
Strong sales skills, with experience in cold calling, lead generation, and client relationship management.
Above-average English-speaking skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Hands-on experience with the GoHighLevel platform, including automation workflows and campaign management.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Webflow is highly desirable.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
