Virtual Assistant (Web & Graphic Design, Social Media Management) – Remote

We’re searching for a versatile Virtual Assistant, proficient in Web Design, Graphic Design, and Social Media Management, to join our remote team. This position is open to both part-time and full-time applicants. The successful candidate will combine their design skills and social media expertise to create engaging content for our website and various social media platforms. Initially, this role will be a probationary position to ensure a good fit for both parties, after which it will become permanent.
Responsibilities:
* Designing web elements, banners, icons, images, and other graphic content that aligns with our brand identity, enhancing user engagement on our website.
* Completing a comprehensive design of our website before transitioning primarily to graphic design and social media management duties.
* Creating unique and appealing designs for our social media platforms, including posts, stories, profile pictures, and banners.
* Managing daily posts across all our social media platforms, ensuring content is consistent, on-brand, and engaging.
* Developing and executing social media strategies to increase our online presence, improve marketing efforts, and boost sales.
* Collaborating remotely with our team to integrate graphics into web pages and social media posts.
* Responding to social media messages and comments in a timely and professional manner, enhancing customer engagement.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Marketing, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Web Designer, and Social Media Manager, with a strong portfolio showcasing your previous work.
* Proficient in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
* Solid knowledge of web UX/UI principles and design standards for responsive design.
* Deep understanding of social media platform requirements, best practices, and trends.
* Excellent multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
* Ability to work remotely, meet deadlines, and collaborate with a team.
