We’re looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Virtual Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing administrative support while working remotely, focusing on tasks ranging from online research and data entry to updating our WordPress blog and managing travel arrangements with our network of vendors. A strong Internet connection and experience with remote working tools (e.g. Zoom and Slack. We use Zoho Cliq) are required. The ideal candidate will excel in written English communication, demonstrate keen attention to detail, and possess the ability to manage a variety of tasks and projects with minimal supervision. General Responsibilities:
– Manage a variety of administrative tasks including email correspondence, research, and data entry.
– Research and liaise with vendor partners, managing travel bookings and client trip arrangements.
– Update and format blog posts using the WordPress/Gutenberg editor, including basic SEO tasks.
– Provide excellent customer service and manage communications with vendors and clients.
– Utilize our project management tools and CRM (we use Zoho apps) for managing contacts, tasks, meetings, and more.
– Assist in preparing spreadsheets, trip proposals, and other administrative documents.
– Help with other marketing, admin, and operational tasks as needed to help run the business.

Requirements and Skills:
– Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
– Proficiency in word processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., Google Docs/Sheets).
– Familiarity with online calendars and scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar).
– Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
– Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
– BONUS (not required): Experience with WordPress, Photoshop, Zoho Apps, and/or basic SEO optimizations.
