Job Description

We seek a highly organized and experienced Virtual Assistant proficient in accounting/bookkeeping to join our team remotely. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong background in accounting, and the ability to handle various administrative tasks efficiently for hotels.

**Qualifications:**

– Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting/bookkeeping roles.
– Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word for data analysis and report preparation.
– Capable of assisting with daily tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing emails, and other administrative duties.
– Willingness to learn new hotel accounting software, specifically M3 accounting.
– Experience organizing documents and files in Dropbox or similar cloud storage systems.
– Experience in Hotel Management

**Responsibilities:**

– Manage and organize financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
– Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts as required.
– Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
– Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally and promptly.
– Learn and utilize M3 accounting software to support specific hotel accounting needs.
– Maintain and organize digital documents and files in Dropbox or other designated platforms.

**Skills:**

– Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
– Excellent time management and organizational skills.
– Adaptability to learn new software and tools quickly.
– Proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.

**Additional Information:**

– This remote position requires a stable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
