Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Assistant with a strong background in Instructional Design to help create an e-learning program for General Contractors. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can assist in increasing profits, enhancing project management efficiency, and delivering high-quality educational content. You will be responsible for creating mind maps, conducting in-depth research on competition, and generating innovative ideas that we can execute on to ensure our programs are cutting-edge and effective.
Key Responsibilities
Instructional Design: Develop engaging and effective e-learning content tailored for General Contractors to enhance their skills and increase profitability.
Content Creation: Create comprehensive mind maps and instructional materials that simplify complex concepts and enhance learning experiences.
Research: Conduct in-depth research on competitors, industry trends, and best practices to inform our program development.
Innovation: Generate and propose creative ideas that can be executed to improve our e-learning programs and maintain our competitive edge.
Project Management: Utilize our licensed systems to improve project management efficiency, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards.
Collaboration: Work closely with our team to align instructional strategies with our overall business goals and objectives.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular updates and reports on project progress, research findings, and new ideas.

Requirements
Proven experience in Instructional Design, preferably with a background in creating e-learning content.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with e-learning software and tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Familiarity with the construction industry and project management practices is a plus.
