We are a dynamic and growing wellness company focused on holistic health and Ayurveda. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Virtual Assistant Independent Contractor to join our team. Our ideal candidate is someone who thrives on performing day-to-day tasks, is eager to learn, and can seamlessly integrate into our supportive and collaborative environment.

#### Key Responsibilities
– **Customer Support:** Handle tech support queries and member tracking.
– **Content Management:** Edit and upload recordings to our online course hub.
– **Form Creation:** Create Typeform forms and send feedback requests.
– **Email Marketing:** Set up tags and automate emails in ConvertKit; schedule and follow up with affiliate/brand partners.
– **Ordering & Scheduling:** Order gifts for students, record timestamps on calls, and manage calendar schedules.
– **Content Repurposing:** Transform existing Instagram content to other platforms like TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Pinterest.
– **Social Media Support:** Assist with social media management and engagement.

#### Desired Skills & Experience
– **Technical Proficiency:** Experience with (or a willingness to learn) platforms such as Squarespace, ThriveCart, ConvertKit, Typeform, Canva, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Instagram, Facebook, ChatGPT, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok, and CapCut.
– **Content Creation:** Ability to use ChatGPT to draft content that aligns with our brand voice. Context will always be provided.
– **Social Media Savvy:** Experience in managing and repurposing content for various social media platforms.
– **Attention to Detail:** Meticulous in tracking tasks, managing schedules, and ensuring accuracy in all assignments.
– **Proactive & Eager to Learn:** An enthusiastic learner who is excited about growing with the role and the company.
