JOB DESCRIPTION:
This position is for a personal assistant that will handle many virtual tasks. The starting salary is 25,000 PHP with the opportunity to earn bonuses or commissions. Our company operates on North American standard time therefore, this will be a graveyard shift in Philippine standard time.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Virtual Assistant to support one of our team members while working remotely. This candidate’s employer is a well-known Canadian photographer and is looking for a Virtual Assistant to help grow her brand and connect with prospective clients. As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform extensive tasks, which include designing and updating websites, finding good prospects, scheduling meetings, answering messages, and emails and potentially having video calls with clients, managing and delegating workload, etc.
This candidate must have a high proficiency level in English, be a critical thinker and quick learner, extremely organized and on top of things, be detail orientated, and be a self-motivated self-starter. Someone who genuinely wants to grow and has their employer’s best interest in mind. This role requires a strong Internet connection and an understanding of communication tools like Slack, Trello, Canva, Zoom, and Gmail (and all other Google services). Ultimately, you should be able to handle multiple projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Designing and updating websites (Wix, WordPress, Squarespace, etc.)
– Booking customer appointments and setting up meet-and-greets
– Organizing location permits, and securing the location
– Taking payments and keeping in contact with customers
– Editing and distributing photos to clients by post or via online distribution portals
– Research, track, maintain, and update leads
– Conduct customer research
– Provide accurate and timely information to their employer
– Keeping their manager on track by organizing, delegating, and setting deadlines, reminders, and priorities for all their tasks
– Finding good prospects, contacting them, and setting up meetings with their manager
– Assists manager with her photographer needs
– Book travel and accommodations
– Organize managers’ calendars
– Perform additional administrative tasks such as online research, light book-keeping, and data entry as requested
QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
– Ability to work after hours when needed
– Good listening and communication skills
– Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
– Excellent communication skills with our teams. At our company, we communicate about anything and everything
– Expertise in Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
– Ability to use Google resources, Slack, and Whatsapp to communicate with our teams
– Experience with research and social media outreach
– Proficient in social media communication
PREFERRED SKILLS (BUT NOT REQUIRED):
– Detailed knowledge of modern photography techniques
– Experience working with Western companies/ people
EXPECTED WORK HOURS:
Our company operates on North American standard time and this role requires timely communication and responses therefore, this will be a graveyard shift in Philippine standard time. Preferably we are looking to find full-time staff. However, if we find a great potential candidate who can only work part-time for the time being, we might be willing to accommodate them.
EXPECTED PAY:
This position offers massive room for growth and promotions. Our starting salary will range between 25,000 PHP per month, depending on your experience level.
