Inbound Found’s top partner company, Ultraviolet (), is looking for a 100% remote virtual assistant for a social media marketing agency’s top leadership. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English speaking and writing as well as a few years experience in roles such as marketing assistant, admin assistant, personal assistant, or operations and will the agency on social media and business development activities.

Ultraviolet Agency is the expert digital marketing agency for the home and lifestyle industries in the USA working with clients in luxury manufacturers, designers, as well as creative brands. Focused on social media marketing, marketing automation with Hubspot software, as well as influencer marketing creating campaigns connecting online influencers with brands.

In terms of culture, Ultraviolet is a fun atmosphere of mostly American employees and contractors that care about the work quality delivered to clients. They believe in investing in their team members and want you to want to stay and grow with them long term. They offer 12 paid US holidays, monthly accrual of PTO (first year is 9 days of PTO per year) and 12 days the second year). They also offer 13th month salary, bi-monthly payment, once per year raise discussions, and two flexible hours per day (we expect everyone to work 9am to 3pm ET but the other two hours you can decide when to work). Please note there are times where you may have to work 9am to 5pm ET or stay late as when things are particularly busy.

J O B . R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S
? Support leadership team on sales tasks such as:
? Create documents and draft outreach emails/linkedin messages
? Update ultraviolet’s HubSpot CRM sales pipeline
? Identify new prospects through web research

? Support the agency social media and content team on the following work:
? Research and create ideas for content development via SEMRush and viewing past / competitor articles
? Create creative briefs with the assistance of Chat GPT or similar provided GPT account
? Do copywriting for blog posts based on our editorial and content calendars
? Set up Pinterest boards with pins based on criteria that matches a client’s design aesthetic
? Create graphics in Canva or similar
? Provided HubSpot support as needed
? track time in our Asana PM software
? complete a timesheet, per pay period, with hours by client, and submit it to ultraviolet’s bookkeeper prior to each pay period

? Provide executive support
? Help structure daily and weekly schedule with updates as needed
? Meet with team for status updates, identify issues, and consolidate for review
? Triage and convert client’s emailed requests into assigned tasks
? Manage hiring efforts, post job listings, narrow candidate lists, setup interviews, take notes
? Conduct web research

J O B . R E Q U I R E M E N T S
? Excellent written, speaking and listening comprehension in English
? Computer literate with experience with modern technology tools such as spreadsheets (e.g. Google Sheets), Google Slides, online calendars (e.g. Google Calendar), and communication tools (Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace)
? Polite, friendly, and professional communication skills to interface with team members and occasionally, clients
? Ability to handle tasks, prioritize effectively, and deliver quality work under minimum supervision
? A can do attitude with an “I got this” spirit
? previous experience working in a native English environment
? Have a strong and reliable Internet connection and computer (please provide screenshots)

A . P L U S . B U T . N O T . R E Q U I R E D:
– experience with project management software such as Asana
– familiarity with Hubspot, social media marketing, adding / updating pages in wordpress page builders, SEO, or other digital marketing knowledge
– previous executive assistant experience working in a native English environment
