We are a small family business based in Australia looking for a VA to join us to manage the administration, record keeping & social media aspects of our business. We buy, renovate & sell houses. Our VA is a critical person in our team as they manage all record keeping in relation to renovation costs, tracking properties for sale & sold properties, writing letters to property owners by handwriting names on our template letter, updating our social media & generally supporting our business. We need someone focussed, reliable & trustworthy who works well unsupervised & gets jobs done accurately & efficiently with exceptional attention to detail.
REQUIREMENTS & EXPECTATIONS
• Updating our company real estate agent database by searching online resources (such as and and others as advised by us)
• Sending emails to real estate agents
• Sending SMS’s to real estate agents via Clicksend website
• Gathering recent sales data & updating company records
• Keeping detailed records on company database (which we will train you on)
• Data entry of recent property sales into company database
• Data entry of recent property inspections conducted into company database
• Mail merging letters & handwriting letters & envelopes

Skills & knowledge:
– Excellent attention to detail
– You need to be confident using the internet to source information
– Excellent communication skills
– Speak and write English fluently
– Experienced & confident user of Google calendar and Google Drive
– Experienced and confident use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
– Social media & business networking experience essential – Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn experience is required.
– Experience using will be viewed favourably but is not essential. If you have this experience, please note this in your application.
HOURS
As we are based in Brisbane Australia, working hours will be 9am to 5pm (AEST – GMT+10) Monday to Friday. Please do not apply if you cannot commit to these hours.
