U-Send Fulfillment is a leading dropshipping fulfillment/SaaS company based in The Netherlands. We specialize in assisting dropshippers with their fulfillment needs from China. With a strategic partnership with a warehouse in China, we source and ship a diverse range of goods internationally. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:
As an Operations Manager at U-Send Fulfillment, your primary responsibilities will include:

Analyzing Reports:
Thoroughly analyze transaction reports, order reports, and user balance reports to derive meaningful insights and spot incongruences in time. You will be managing a rapidly growing SaaS solutions operations. It takes analysing a lot of data from various clients and from our admin. Your task in this area will be mainly monitoring

Order Tracking:
Monitor order trackings via our SaaS, reporting any delays in order fulfillment promptly.
Investigate and document reasons for delays, providing regular updates on the status to make sure 100% satisfactory and expectations meet for our clients.

Dispute Management:
Oversee the process of dispute requests, ensuring completeness in both user requests and admin responses.
Make sure informations from both sides were provided correctly and well and see if there are any mismatches or ambiguities

User Activity Analysis:
Analyze and report on the level of user activity on the platform.
Provide insights into user engagement and trends so we can act accordingly.

Requirements:
– Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a SaaS solution or Shopify.
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret AND make easy-to-understand overviews from complex data sets like long CSV files
– Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners.
– Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying and addressing operational challenges.
– Proficiency in English is required.
