We are looking for a Virtual Assistant, with exceptional communication skills and a background in marketing.
Experience within the accounting sector or performing accounting-related tasks would be an added advantage.
About the Role
As a Virtual Assistant, your primary responsibility will be engaging in customer communication to ensure the satisfaction of our clients. You’ll play an integral role in assisting our customers, managing their inquiries, and resolving their concerns. You will liaise between our clients and our accounting and technical support teams, to ensure that client needs are addressed promptly. Additionally, you’ll handle administrative tasks to facilitate smooth daily operations.

You have a proven track record of working successfully in a work-from-home or remote setting.

Proven experience in customer service and administrative roles.

Fast, stable internet connection (25-50Mbps minimum if dedicated, 50-100Mbps if sharing with other users).
Private workspace as you’ll be dealing with confidential information and will participate in client meetings.
Available to consistently work during US business hours (10am-6pm ET preferred, but a slightly earlier or later start time could be arranged)

Pay and Other Benefits
Starting Salary of P35,000-40,000 monthly, depending on experience, with room to grow
