Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee government procurement processes.
Handle multiple other (not related to procurement) tasks efficiently and effectively.
Ensure compliance with federal procurement regulations.
Coordinate with various departments to meet procurement needs.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Requirements:

In-depth knowledge of US government procurement.
Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of tasks.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Specific Tasks
Appfolio Assistance:

Provide support with Appfolio-related tasks such as updating property listings and managing tenant information.
Platform Issues:

Address and resolve issues on Hostfully, , and Airbnb, ensuring listings are accurate and up to date.
Adding/Removing Properties:

Update property information on the Marketplace and Google Sheets as needed.
Handling Inquiries:

Respond to inquiries on Facebook Marketplace and other platforms promptly and professionally.
Managing Trello Board:

Update and manage the Trello board to track tasks and ensure all team members are aware of their responsibilities.
Lead Sheet Data Entry:

Enter data into lead sheets accurately and ensure all information is up to date.
Email Communication:

Check and reply to emails, ensuring all communications are addressed in a timely manner.
Follow-Up with Leasing Agents:

Follow up with leasing agents via email on daily showing numbers.
Social Media Posting:

Post updates on Google and Facebook, ensuring all content is relevant and engaging.
Progress Sheets:

Update progress sheets for occupancy rental and occupancy rental per silo regularly.
Event Management:

Add events to WordPress as needed.
Listing Accuracy:

Check the accuracy of all property listings on Appfolio, , Zillow, and other websites.
Move-In Report:

Keep records of all move-ins and ensure proper documentation.
Follow-Up on Lease Email Properties:

Follow up with leasing agents on properties emailed about lease status, ensuring move-ins are completed as required.
