Job Description:
Are you a skilled virtual assistant with a passion for creating and maintaining high-converting funnels and automations? Do you have experience with platforms like Kartra, Clickfunnels, and Hubspot? If so, we’d love to have you join our team!
We are looking for a highly competent Virtual Assistant to handle client projects and assist with our internal funnel builds and automations. Our clients are primarily entrepreneurs and coaches, and we pride ourselves on delivering top-notch service and results.
Key Responsibilities:
-> Set up and manage marketing funnels, automations, and page designs on Kartra and Clickfunnels.
-> Perform maintenance and automation tasks on Hubspot.
-> Assist in building and optimizing internal funnels and automations.
-> Provide exceptional client support and communication.
-> Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as needed.
-> (Optional) Serve as a personal assistant, managing calendar, email, and other administrative tasks.
Requirements:
-> Proven experience with Kartra, Clickfunnels, and Hubspot.
-> Strong understanding of funnel building, automation, and page design principles.
-> Familiarity with Notion for task and team management.
-> Excellent organizational and time management skills.
-> Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-> Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-> Experience working with entrepreneurs and coaches is a plus.
-> Availability to work at least a couple of hours during the US EST morning time for meetings. I’m fine with you primarily working in the Philippines time zone.
-> Ability to provide a portfolio showcasing relevant work.
