We specializes in providing top-quality residential concrete services. We are looking for a motivated and skilled Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team. If you are an expert in Go High Level and social media marketing, particularly on Facebook, and are familiar with Slack, we want to hear from you! Graphic design capabilities are a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Go High Level Management: Efficiently manage and optimize our Go High Level CRM to streamline operations and enhance client relationships.
• Social Media Marketing: Create, schedule, and manage engaging Facebook content and ad campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive leads.
• Graphic Design: Design compelling graphics for social media posts, email campaigns, and other marketing materials to enhance visual appeal and engagement.
• Slack Coordination: Communicate effectively with the team using Slack to ensure smooth project execution and collaboration.
• Email Campaigns: Develop, execute, and monitor email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs to inform marketing strategies.
• Competitor Research: Analyze competitor activities to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for differentiation.
• CRM Adoption: Learn and utilize House Call Pro CRM to support company operations and improve customer service.
• Additional Tasks: Assist with other administrative and marketing tasks as needed to support the team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role.
• Expertise in using Go High Level CRM.
• Strong knowledge of social media marketing, especially Facebook.
• Proficiency in using Slack for team communication.
• Experience with email marketing tools and campaign management.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new CRM software, specifically House Call Pro.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
