The Role:
We are on the hunt for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant who is not only proficient in the Go High Level software CRM system but also capable of working UK business hours from the Philippines. This key role involves leading our marketing initiatives, managing lead nurturing processes, automating customer interactions, overseeing our CRM system, and importantly, developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and documenting new procedures to ensure operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

Develop, execute, and manage marketing campaigns within the Go High Level CRM.
Lead in managing and nurturing leads to enhance customer engagement.
Implement automation for efficient customer interaction and follow-up.
Maintain CRM data integrity through regular updates and management.
Align CRM strategies with the company’s business objectives through close collaboration with the team.
Analyse campaign performance, offering insights and strategies for improvement.
Create and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and new processes for operational efficiency.

Requirements:
Demonstrated experience with Go High Level software CRM system.
Ability to work UK business hours from the Philippines.
Knowledge of the UK heating and plumbing market is beneficial.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Quick learner with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
