Virtual Assistant with Government Contract Proposal Writing Expertise

Salary: $4 per hour, approximately $320 per month
Location: Remote
Hours per week:
– 20 hours per week
– Output based, no fixed/specific hours, as long as you can communicate with the client for comments/revisions
– No time tracker, but your performance is based on quality of work and how many tasks you get done

Responsibilities:
– Conducting research to identify potential grant opportunities that match our mission and goals.
– Writing compelling and persuasive grant proposals that showcase our value proposition.
– Utilize ChatGPT and other tools to assist in grant writing tasks.
– Meticulous attention to detail plays a crucial role in this position.
– Apply both creative and critical thinking skills to solve problems and enhance ChatGPT inputs/outputs, resulting in the development of grant proposals that effectively secure grant funding.
– Continuously improve writing and technical skills related to grant writing and AI tools.
– Submitting the proposals promptly and following up with the donors as needed.
– Maintaining accurate records of the proposals and reporting on the progress and results of the grant-writing activities.

Qualifications:
– At least three years of writing experience (copywriting, content writing, professional writing, etc.) Big plus if you have experience in government contract proposal writing for nonprofit organizations.
– Exhibits strong mastery of English writing and speaking skills.
– Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies, specifically AI-based tools like ChatGPT.
– Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
– Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to find and synthesize relevant information.
