Virtual Assistant with Graphic Design Experience

We are a successful Etsy Star Seller specializing in digital templates for party stationery, including invitations, thank-you cards, and games. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented, design-oriented virtual assistant to collaborate with us on creating new designs and managing our Etsy store listings. Proficiency in Photoshop and Canva is a must, along with a knack for crafting visually appealing aesthetics. Excellent communication skills in English are key, as customer service could become a task in the future. While this role begins as task-based (part-time), we are eager to find the right individual for potential long-term collaboration (full-time).

Tasks:
– Creating new design Canva templates using existing brand templates
– Creating mockups using Smart Objects in Photoshop
– Making design edits and color adjustments in Photoshop as needed to complete template
– Conducting market research into new products and compiling them into a shared Excel or Google document
– Managing master list of SEO keywords to be used for titles in each product category
– Creating an easy to use standard operating procedure document for the team to collaborate efficiently
– Sending thank you messages to customers

Requirements:
– Speak & write in fluent English
– Proficient in Photoshop & Canva
– 3+ years working with an Etsy shop
– 3+ years of Graphic Design experience – applicant MUST have good graphic skills and aesthetic sense (spacing, colors, scales, etc)
– Available 10-20 hours/week
– Ability to use VPN to log-in

Provided:
– Video training of each task
– VPN log-in
– Working hours are flexible and we will work with your schedule. When we need to have a call, we will find a mutually convenient time (we are located in Pacific Daylight Time/California, USA)
– All photoshop files and Canva template files relevant to your task

Hours:
– 20 hours/week

Rate:
– $6.50/hour ($520/month)
