Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Virtual Assistant with expertise in Kajabi and Facebook group management. This individual will play a crucial role in assisting with our new online course, managing our Kajabi platform, and creating and moderating a closed Facebook group for our community. The ideal candidate will have a background in child psychology, emotional wellness, or education, and a passion for fostering positive, supportive online communities.

Key Responsibilities:

– Kajabi Platform Management:
– Assist in setting up and maintaining our 6-week introduction to mindfulness and emotional well-being course for children.
– Upload and organise course content, ensuring seamless user experience.
– Monitor course progress, handle customer inquiries, and provide technical support as needed.

Facebook Group Management:

– Create and manage a closed Facebook group for our course participants.
– Moderate the group to ensure a positive, supportive environment.
– Engage with members, facilitate discussions, and provide resources and support.
– Implement and enforce group rules and guidelines.

Content and Community Engagement:

– Collaborate with the team to create engaging content for the course and Facebook group.
– Share relevant articles, resources, and updates to keep the community informed and engaged.
– Organise and host live sessions or Q&A events within the group.

Administrative Support:

– Manage email communications and course-related inquiries.
– Assist with scheduling and coordinating online events or webinars.
– Provide general administrative support as needed.

Qualifications:

– Proven experience with Kajabi platform management.
– Demonstrated experience in creating and moderating Facebook groups.
– Background in child psychology, emotional wellness, education, or a related field.
– Strong organizational and time management skills.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
– Passion for mindfulness, emotional wellness, and child development.

Preferred Skills:

– Experience in online course development and management.
– Knowledge of mindfulness practices and techniques.
– Familiarity with other social media platforms and community management tools.
