Key Responsibilities:

2. Proactive Communication:

– Proactively follow up with leads to nurture and move them through the sales funnel.
– Identify opportunities for engagement and outreach based on lead behavior and responses.
3. Responsiveness:
– Respond promptly to all incoming communications from leads, team members, and stakeholders.
– Prioritize and manage tasks efficiently to ensure timely responses.
– Keep track of deadlines and deliverables associated with lead generation efforts.
4. Administrative Support:
– Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling travel arrangements.
– Assist in creating reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.
5. Data Management:
– Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and update CRM systems.
– Generate reports and insights related to lead generation efforts.
– Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
