We’re a fast-growing paid ads and performance creative agency with a footprint across Ireland, UK, Europe, and the USA, specializing in driving success for Shopify/Woocommerce eCom stores through cutting-edge digital marketing strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience Required: At least 6 months of hands-on experience with the Meta ad platform. If you like Meta ads and have an interest for optimizing ad spend and maximizing ROI, we want you!
Role Diversity: While your primary focus will be on media buying, we value flexibility. Be prepared to take on various virtual assistance tasks to support our team. From ad setup to performance monitoring and beyond, your role will be multifaceted.
Full-time/Part-Time Commitment: We’re looking for an individual ready to dive into a full-time/part-time role.
Your Role Will Involve:
Setting up, managing, and optimizing new client campaigns and ads on Meta.
Monitoring ad performance diligently, making data-driven decisions to improve results.
Conducting split tests across different ad sets and creative approaches to find the winning formula.
Participating in daily team meetings, ready to contribute fresh ideas and strategies.
