Job Position: Virtual Assistant with Order Entry Experience
Location: Remote (CST Time zone)
Salary: Up to $1000 per month

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 07:00 AM to 04:00 PM CST

Role Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Virtual Assistant with Order Entry Experience to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely entry of customer orders into our online portal. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of cabinetry or woodworking, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

– Receive and review customer orders via email.
– Accurately enter order details into the company’s online portal.
– Verify the correctness and completeness of order forms.
– Communicate with customers for clarification and additional information as needed.
– Maintain organized records of orders and correspondence.
– Collaborate with the production team to ensure accurate job specifications.
– Follow up on any discrepancies or issues with orders.

Qualifications:

– Proven experience in data entry or similar roles.
– Knowledge of cabinetry or woodworking is a significant advantage.
– High attention to detail and accuracy.
– Strong organizational and time management skills.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Proficiency with online data entry systems and basic computer applications.
– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
– Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office environment.
– Knowledge of cabinetry or wood products (nice to have).
