JOB DESCRIPTION
Hi there! I’m hiring a full time admin virtual assistant to help me and the team to work on administrative tasks and creating systems for the business.
This person would also help develop workbooks & checklists (PDFs), as well as social media graphics. There would also be administrative tasks such as assisting with zoom moderation, google documents, project management, creating standard operating procedures, systems and other social media management tasks.
REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant (this is NOT your first time doing VA work)
Familiarity with social media platforms
Familiarity with project management tools like Trello and Asana
Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office, Google Suite)
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
Excellent email and instant messaging communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Solid organizational skills
Familiarity with Kajabi, Go High Level is a plus but not required

ABOUT THE POSITION:
Assist with administrative tasks such as moderating zoom calls, google document management and social media
Create workbooks/checklists/ebooks
Create graphics for social media, newsletters, etc.
Work with Google Suite setting up systems as well as editing documents
Create systems and standard operating procedures
Work 35+ hours per week
ABOUT COMPENSATION:
Pay weekly
