Hello! I own a growing SEO marketing agency and am looking for a Virtual Assistant with excellent research and writing skills to help me manage projects, meet client deadlines, and keep up with client emails. I will also need your help with performing research for SEO projects and writing reports, project updates, and other documents.
Day-to-day tasks will involve keeping me and other team members up to date on projects that need to be done, managing a Trello board for clients, responding to client inquiries, assisting with client work where possible, and sometimes researching prospective clients.
I primarily use Slack, Loom videos, and email to communicate.
The pay rate is $5/hr to start for up to 40 hours a week. If you have additional skills (such as article writing, SEO knowledge, or WordPress experience), the starting pay rate can be higher.
Please note that excellent English writing and speaking skills are a requirement for this position.
Responsibilities:
Reviewing project details to understand client needs and goals
Creating and managing Trello boards for clients
Keeping track of client deliverables (such as Google Docs and Sheets)
Keeping me and other team members on track to meet client deadlines
Responding to client emails
Performing research for specific projects
Helping me manage our client pipeline (such as prospective clients that need to be emailed)
Requirements:
A fast and reliable internet connection with your own computer
Quick turnaround time (within one business day)
Include a turtle emoji in your first message to me
Excellent written communication skills in English (C2 Mastery)
Proficiency in Google Docs and Sheets
Ability to communicate with me via Slack and email
The ability to proofread and edit documents

Pay Rate: $5/hr to start for up to 40 hours a week with salary review after 90 days. I process payments twice a month.
