== THE POSITION ==

-> Requirements:
• Experience in finance, specifically in accounting and billing, bookkeeping, and invoicing.
• Quickbooks experience is a must.
• QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor is preferred but not required.
• Available to work full-time (40 hrs/wk).
• Can work during standard US business hours.
• Fast, stable internet connection (Minimum download speed 5 Mbps)
• Working computer/laptop (Minimum Requirement: Processor – Intel i3 or equivalent, RAM – 4GB).
• Backup power source or work location for power outages.

-> Responsibilities:
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Understand the client’s business
• Review and analyze the financials for accuracy; resolve errors
• Import activity into Quickbooks and Xero
• Categorize bank activity within Quickbooks / Xero accounting programs
• Complete bank reconciliations in both Quickbooks and Xero
