We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant with a background in real estate to join our team. The ideal candidate should be based in the Philippines and be willing to travel to America for work-related assignments.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the real estate team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
Assist with property listings, including data entry, updating property details, and managing online listings.
Conduct market research and compile reports on real estate trends, property values, and market conditions.
Handle client inquiries, provide information about properties, and schedule property viewings.
Support the preparation of real estate documents, such as contracts, agreements, and lease applications.
Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, real estate agents, and service providers.
Manage and update the real estate database, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
Assist with social media management and marketing campaigns to promote properties and real estate services.
Travel to the USA for work-related assignments as required.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably in the real estate industry.
Strong understanding of real estate practices, terminology, and market trends.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficient in using real estate software, MS Office, and other relevant tools.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
Willingness and ability to travel to the USA for work-related assignments.
Preferred Qualifications:
Existing travel visa to the USA is a significant plus.
Experience with social media management and digital marketing.
Familiarity with CRM software and database management.
