Job Title: Virtual assistant plus sales and account management

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join our team assisting in day to day duties along with sales and account management.
Position Overview:
As a Sales and Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. This position is ideal for an individual with a proven track record in both sales and account management, coupled with excellent communication skills and a strong knowledge in quality control, reporting and HR. Experience in social media management and online advertising is highly desirable.
Hours are Monday to Friday 9am-6pm Sydney time, with occasional weekends to cover staff holidays.
Responsibilities:
Sales Excellence: Generate new business opportunities, drive sales initiatives, and meet/exceed sales targets.
Account Management: Build and maintain lasting relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Staff Management: Communicate with, monitor and report on staff performance
Quality Control: Ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients, implementing and maintaining rigorous quality control measures.
Reporting: Develop and produce regular reports on staff performance, account management, new sales and other relevant key performance indicators.
Industry Knowledge: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to identify new business opportunities.
Communication: Effectively communicate our services, value proposition, and benefits to potential and existing clients, maintain communication stream between staff, management and clients.
Social Media and Online Advertising: Develop and execute social media strategies, manage online advertising campaigns, and leverage digital platforms to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements:
Experience: Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably within the cleaning and linen industry. Social media management and online advertising experience is highly desirable. Experience in staff management, quality control, and reporting is a plus.
Language Skills: Perfect written and spoken English is essential for this role.
Confidence: A confident and articulate individual who can represent the company professionally.
Multitasking: Strong multitasking abilities with a focus on maintaining high-quality work under pressure.
Strong knowledge of slack, google sheets, Hubspot.
