Virtual Assistant with Sales Experience (Add’l Pay Oppty for Commisssions)

VIRTUAL ASSISTANT with Sales & Marketing experience. Additional pay opportunity for sales commissions.

We are looking for a talented full time VA for an existing health insurance company offering health insurance plans for individual, family and group insurance. We are looking for someone who is experienced in customer service. This candidate should be friendly, cheerful and relational with our clients and prospective clients. In additions, this candidate should be talented in Ad Management of Meta and Google ads for lead generation.

Platform experience: GoHighLevel, Ad management of Meta (FaceBook and Instagram)

We would like someone who understands how to navigate around GoHighLevel, creating workflows a plus.
Knowledge in content creation and analytics of ad management.

This candidate should be proactive and assertive and communicative with firm partners (2).

Managing inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails.
– Reminder communication to prospective patients and existing patients of upcoming appointments or documents needed/requested.
– Obtaining client information.
– Schedule reminders and manage calendars appropriately.
– Take initiative to learn health insurance platforms to assist administratively.
– Training provided. Willingness to learn and retain a must.
– Additional administrative duties as necessary.

Overseeing retention efforts to maintain existing clientele and promoting additional products and services to existing or former clients.

Assisting 2 business owners:
– Emails/texts/Calls
– Organizational tasks
– Personal tasks
– Online research
– Social media assistance

Full Time Easter Standard Time zone shift:
Monday – Friday, 9am to 6pm EST (1hour break)

Monthly commission schedule:
1- 9 = $5 per sale
10 – 19 = $7 per sale
20+ = $10 per sale
*50 new = Additional $100 Bonus*

Required: English Proficiency. Testing upon onboarding.
HIPPA Compliant Training Preferred.

Starting pay for this position is $250 per month plus commissions. Pay raise potential after 3 month evaluation.
