Virtual Assistant with SCO and Web Development

Position: Virtual Assistant to Enhance Small Business Company Online Presence and Customer Inquiries
Our company restores furniture and objects of art. It operates a 10 skilled craft person-restoration shop, has 3 mobile technicians that travel to customer premises for inspections and restorations, and a 2-person pickup and delivery truck crew. It has a strong brand name created through word of mouth over decades in the United States and, particularly, in the state of Georgia, where it operates. Its customers are insurance and moving companies, high-end furniture and antique resellers, and the owners of high end or heirloom furniture and works of art.
We seek an experienced virtual assistant with a passion for to managing and improving the web and social media presence of small companies. In particular, we seek sharp, creative, and self-directed individual that can quickly increase and maintain the number and quality of prospective customers requesting to engage our services. The candidate should have proven expertise in the following:
• SEO optimization
• Ranking and back link analyses and tools (e.g., Wordstream, SpyFu, Thehoth, etc)
• Creation and posting of content for web and social media to enhance web presence, web rankings, and build quality customer traffic.
• Monitoring and responding to customer reviews (Google, Yelp, etc).
• Writing articles and small infographics related to our work
• Editing as directed company and creating self-directed content to enhance web site and company web listings (e.g., Google, Yelp, face book, Instagram, etc)
• Excellent knowledge in the use of WordPress and Divi Builder
• Managing editing many pictures on web site
• Google for business, Yelp, Face book, Instagram
• Proposing and prioritizing successful initiatives to enhance presence and customer web inquiries.
• Monitoring, documenting, and clearly explaining results of these efforts.
• Flexibility in identifying what works and does not and developing and implementing strategies to maximize results.
